Your data
Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal data SonicBet collects when you use the site, why, and what you can do about it. The short version: we measure how pages are read, we keep the messages you send us, and that is all.
Who is responsible for your data?
SonicBet (sonicbet.win) is the publisher of this website and the data controller for it. You can reach us through our contact form or by post at SonicBet, c/o Hyperbet Ltd, 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. We do not publish an email address or a phone number; the form and the postal address are the two routes.
What data do we collect?
We collect very little, and only from four places.
Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is read. It sets the cookies _ga and _ga_<id> and records page views, clicks on offers and outbound links, your approximate location (derived from your IP address) and your device and browser type. This tells us, for example, which lines are read most and which links readers follow.
The contact form. If you write to us, we receive the category you pick, your message, the reply address or handle you leave (an email address, a Telegram username or an X username) and, if you add one, your name. Messages are stored in our database, which is hosted by Supabase, and forwarded to our team through Telegram so they are read promptly.
Affiliate and promo links. Some links take you to casinos and other operators, including Hyperbet. Once you leave this site, the destination may set its own cookies and collect its own data under its own privacy policy. We do not control that.
Hosting and delivery. The site is hosted on Lovable and delivered through Cloudflare. Both process request data, such as your IP address, in order to serve the pages to you and protect the site from abuse.
What do we not collect?
There are no user accounts on SonicBet, no newsletter and no payments. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with advertisers.
Why do we use your data?
We use analytics data to see which pages are useful, fix what is broken and decide what to write next. Our lawful basis is your consent where cookie consent is required, and otherwise our legitimate interest in running and improving the site. We use contact form data only to read and answer your message, on the basis of our legitimate interest in replying to you.
How long do we keep it?
Contact form messages are kept for as long as we need to answer them and are then deleted. Analytics data is kept for the period set in our Google Analytics retention setting and then removed by Google.
What are your rights?
Under UK GDPR and EU GDPR you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it erased, to object to how we use it, to restrict its use and to receive it in a portable format. Send any request through our contact form or by post to the address above. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority: in the UK that is the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO); in the EU it is the supervisory authority in your country.
How can you limit tracking?
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time, or use Google's own opt-out tools for Analytics. The site keeps working without them.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and the date it shows.
